Beauty Advisor – Le Labo

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team as a Beauty Advisor for Le Labo. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent an iconic fragrance and cosmetics brand in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and regular follow‑up.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and management on merchandising, events, and assortment recommendations.
• Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in‑store events to promote new launches and special occasions.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset and strong multitasking skills.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
