B2B Field Technician – Field Service Engineer

About the role

Join Nestlé Nespresso Canada as a B2B Field Technician, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage dispensing equipment at client sites across the region. You will ensure high‑quality service, support customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand’s sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to dispatched service calls.
• Perform preventative maintenance, bench tests, and on‑site repairs.
• Conduct quality drink checks, including temperature and taste verification.
• Provide on‑site training to customers for daily equipment upkeep.
• Document all service activities on invoices and service orders.
• Assist fellow technicians remotely and travel to support other locations as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of field service experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to first‑time fixes.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Willingness to participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and reading schematics.
• Measuring load and performing diagnostic tests.
