Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) - M1 and/or M2 Rotational

About the role

Kenn Borek Air is looking for professional, highly skilled and experienced individuals to join its team as an M1 and/or M2 rotational Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The role reports to the Production Control Manager and covers line maintenance on DC-3T, DHC-6 and Beechcraft 200/1900 aircraft. There is no requirement for relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with published procedures.
• Ensure that all replacement parts are inspected and properly certified before installation.
• Assure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Organize and keep the work area and hangar facility tidy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license.
• Current experience on the aircraft type is preferred; equivalent aircraft types will be considered, and training will be provided to those with similar experience.
• Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearances.
• Customer focus, with a proven ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Able to manage workloads and meet fixed deadlines.
