Automotive Service Technician (Level 3 or Level 4)

About the role

Crown Auto Group is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians (Level 3 or Level 4) to join its high‑performing service team in Winnipeg. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicles while delivering top‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including electrical and A/C systems.
• Communicate repair requirements to Service Advisors and provide clear customer consultations.
• Document repair stories with complete, well‑written complaints, causes and corrections.
• Verify parts before installation and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Mentor junior apprentices and coach team members to improve technical skills.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• L3 or L4 Technician Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, well‑structured workshop environment.
