Automotive Mechanic – Electrical & Electronic Systems

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our workshop in Vancouver. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems, with a focus on electrical and electronic components.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test and diagnose mechanical and electronic units to locate faults.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, road‑test vehicles and adjust or replace parts as needed.
• Estimate parts and labour costs and complete work orders and reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors to confirm findings and decide on repair or replacement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in automotive repair.
• Attention to detail, reliability and ability to work as a team player.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle workshop tasks.
