About the role
Working as a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada in Terrebonne offers an entry‑level opportunity to develop retail and customer‑service skills. You will help move merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, keep shelves stocked, and assist shoppers in a safe, clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, polite service to customers, promote products and help them make purchase decisions.
- Cover one or more designated sales floor areas and perform zone replenishment.
- Move featured items to their primary displays and restock merchandise left at the customer service counter.
- Assist at checkout areas and communicate with teammates to ensure coverage.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following company safety procedures and completing security sweep logs.
- Stock and destock merchandise, install security devices, and set up shelves and flexible modules.
Required profile
- Must be at least 16 years old.
