Associate Product Manager

About the role

The Associate Product Manager (APM) joins Certn’s Product Management team, owning smaller, well‑defined product problems from discovery through launch while receiving coaching from senior product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own defined product initiatives from discovery to post‑launch measurement, translating user and technical needs into clear briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to evaluate solution options, clarify trade‑offs and ensure work is ready for development.
• Investigate customer and operational problems using quantitative data, qualitative feedback and workflow observation, then synthesize findings into product recommendations.
• Use product and operational data to define success metrics, prioritize improvements, and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with external data providers, identity partners and internal stakeholders to ensure integration readiness and launch communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
