Associate Legal Counsel

About the role

G Adventures is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. You will support a fast‑growing travel company by providing comprehensive legal advice across corporate, commercial, intellectual‑property and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft/review a wide range of agreements, including sales, partnership, software, NDA, services, IP, licensing and marketing contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and tax issues related to the company’s structure and activities.
• Assist with financing transactions, focusing on transaction closings.
• Lead the development, enforcement and growth of the enterprise‑wide IP strategy, managing trademark applications, oppositions, domain disputes and enforcement actions.
• Maintain accurate corporate documentation for all legal entities, update global minute books, draft board resolutions and compile shareholder documents.
• Monitor global regulatory updates to ensure compliance with travel‑industry regulations, consumer‑protection rules, privacy laws and international advertising frameworks.
