Associate Consultant

About the role

As an Associate Consultant at Konrad, you will work across Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams to support senior consultants on digital projects for global clients. You will help create smart, human‑centred solutions and gain exposure to emerging technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering digital solutions for a variety of industries.
• Support the team in analysing client business challenges, processes and market context.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to produce user‑experience artefacts and technology architectures.
• Facilitate and participate in design‑thinking, technology and project‑planning workshops.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, RFP responses and other client‑facing collateral.

Required profile

• Passion for great user experiences and emerging technology trends, including AI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience or interest in consulting, user experience design or software development.
• Proficiency in creating UX deliverables and documentation.
