About the role
This Associate position supports the Central Funding Group by providing expertise on new projects and initiatives, as well as facilitating key processes for existing businesses across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input and implementation assistance for Central Funding Group projects, new businesses, and initiatives.
- Facilitate documentation for all Central Funding Group trading desks worldwide.
- Manage KYC processes for Central Funding Group products, track outstanding completions, and support annual refreshes.
- Identify operational risks and control deficiencies, escalating them to the line manager and relevant risk functions.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and assist with US Treasury Clearing filings and status tracking.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of securities finance, derivative transactions, and related documentation.
- Knowledge of securities finance trading systems and risk‑management, credit, and approval processes.
- Solid grasp of bank structures, trading products, and financial markets.
- Ability to balance competing demands under tight deadlines and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
