This hands‑on position develops supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion and business acumen while preparing you for future store‑management leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer‑service management experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal right to work in Canada and ability to work full‑time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
