About the role
The restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure high-quality service. This position works closely with the manager to oversee staff, handle customer issues, and maintain operational standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Ability to work day and weekend shifts in a fast‑paced, repetitive‑task environment.
- Strong communication skills for handling customer issues and staff coordination.
- Willingness to participate in on‑the‑job training and youth awareness programs.
