About the role

The Assistant Manager for Geering Up Camps, Clubs and Events supports the Senior Manager in delivering high‑impact outreach programs that engage over 6,000 youth annually. This role oversees program administration, strategic planning, and safety standards for a portfolio of camps, clubs, and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall administration and delivery of Geering Up Camps, Clubs and Events programs.
• Oversee a $1,900,000 program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Implement best‑practice safety and wellbeing protocols for staff and participants.
• Supervise a team of student staff, including the Vancouver Camps Coordinator and Offsite Coordinators.
