About the role
Panago Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily food service operations, drive profitability, and ensure a high‑quality guest experience in its Grande Prairie location.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget and develop cost controls for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
- Monitor revenues, labour costs and adjust menu prices and food preparation methods accordingly.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, recruitment and performance reviews.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customer complaints.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 year program) related to hospitality or business.
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
