Assistant Branch Manager Trainee

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager Trainee to join its frontline team in Brampton. In this role you will support the branch’s operational excellence while developing your expertise in credit, investment, and customer service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams in completing investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions.
• Coach advisory and frontline staff on effective customer complaint resolution.
• Resolve operational and high‑risk issues while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Mentor staff on advice‑giving strategies and delivering a superior customer experience.
• Maintain an inviting branch environment and ensure accurate employee scheduling.
• Share knowledge and coordinate team activities to contribute to the Legendary Experience.

Required profile

• Strong interest in banking, finance, and customer service.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
