AR/AP Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AR/AP Manager to lead our accounts receivable and accounts payable teams in Regina, supporting Canadian operations. The role reports to the Director of Transactional Services and Credit and is a key member of the Transactional Services Team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the AR and AP teams, motivating and leading staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer sales and processing of vendor invoices.
• Support escalation of vendor and invoicing inquiries and investigate payment, receiving, and invoicing issues.
• Oversee timely and correct query responses from the AR and AP teams.
• Provide information to external auditors as requested.
• Assist team members with corporate projects and identify training needs.
• Complete month‑end tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of combined Accounts Payable and Receivable experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
