About the role
Amazon Advertising is seeking a highly skilled Consultant, Analytics & Insights to join its Customer Success team. In this role you will work closely with sales, product, retail and other Amazon partners to turn Amazon’s unique data into actionable insights that improve advertiser performance and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver data‑driven insights for large advertisers to influence strategy discussions and negotiations.
- Build expertise in Amazon’s proprietary advertising metrics and continuously evolve analysis methods.
- Develop and communicate clear recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and unlock new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, Product) to increase data accessibility and usability.
- Leverage untapped data sets to conduct advanced analyses and support senior marketing decision‑makers.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution implementation.
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3).
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of IT implementation experience and experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance.
