Alternative Investments Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Investments Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will use your finance expertise to review AI responses, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback that improves model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance knowledge.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex financial scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Resident of Canada and able to work independently as a contractor.
