About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Allocation Coordinator to manage product allocations across retail stores and counters in Vancouver. The role supports optimal stock levels, enhances sales performance and helps prevent overstock or stock‑outs by working closely with merchandising, planning and retail operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate products to stores and counters to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the supply‑chain team to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Generate and maintain regular allocation and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning and retail operations to align allocations with sales forecasts.
- Travel to Toronto for a one‑month onboarding and occasional business trips as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in retail operations, inventory management, allocation or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and occasional travel.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with ERP systems (considered an asset).
