Air Courier – Secure Parcel Operations

About the role

The Air Courier role is part of Brink’s Global Services team in Etobicoke, responsible for secure handling and movement of parcels within a vault environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in an armed setting to ensure the safety of assets and timely delivery of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily runs, receive and verify all incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Reconcile equipment, maintain an audit trail, and balance vault contents each day.
• Ensure all shipment receipts and vault documents are accurate and meet time‑sensitive delivery deadlines.
• Follow GSR procedures, adhere to opening and closing protocols, and promote a positive work environment.
• Observe and enforce all security and safety procedures while working in an armed environment.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with flexibility for evening and overnight shifts, including a Friday 9 pm‑6 am shift.
• Ability to operate in a secure, armed environment and enforce security rules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
