AI‑Powered Data Analyst & Systems Builder

About the role

RivetStays is seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder who lives inside AI tools every day. You will design, build, and ship internal systems, automations, and analytics using cutting‑edge AI coding agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop internal tools, automations, and workflows with AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
• Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and Vercel.
• Execute operational tasks, automate repetitive processes, and reconcile data across systems.
• Write SQL queries, maintain dashboards, and generate reports.
• Create AI‑assisted solutions for operations, reporting, and growth initiatives.
• Support the marketing team by automating growth systems, tracking, analytics, and landing‑page infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the growth/marketing lead to rapidly prototype and iterate projects.

Required profile

• Daily, deep usage of AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
• Strong technical problem‑solving ability and independent product building experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js and Vercel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboard platforms (Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Fast execution speed, high attention to detail, and comfort in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Ability to figure out solutions independently using AI tools.
