Agent Deployment Engineer - Spanish Speaking

About the role

The Agent Deployment Engineer will own end‑to‑end execution of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers. This highly technical delivery role combines hands‑on engineering with direct interaction with senior technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agent architectures, including core logic, guardrails, and supervisory controls.
• Engineer and validate integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and data pipelines.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve probabilistic and technical failures through root‑cause analysis.
• Create evaluation and regression‑testing frameworks to monitor agent performance and prevent drift.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market teams to iterate on the platform based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting).
• Native or business‑level fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical foundation with experience writing code and building end‑to‑end API integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade solutions with structured testing and iteration.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and shaping solutions.

Required skills
