Agent Deployment Engineer

About the role

As an Agent Deployment Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end execution of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers, translating requirements into reliable, scalable solutions and collaborating closely with product, engineering and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from design through production deployment.
• Design and engineer core agentic logic, applying engineering principles to optimise quality, reliability and correctness of non‑deterministic model outputs.
• Engineer and validate layered guardrails and supervisory controls to ensure safe, compliant and predictable agent performance.
• Architect, build and test integrations with customer systems such as data pipelines, CRMs and ticketing platforms.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria, drive delivery against timelines and translate requirements into implementation plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer‑facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, forward‑deployed engineering, technical consulting).
• Strong technical foundation with ability to write code, work with APIs and build end‑to‑end integrations.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade customer solutions that require structured execution, testing and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills with senior technical stakeholders and ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Software development and scripting (any language).
• API design and integration.
• Building and validating complex system integrations.
• Experience with large language models or AI agents, including prompting, evaluation and guardrails.
• Enterprise SaaS integrations (CRM, ticketing systems, data pipelines) and related security/compliance considerations.
