Agency Support Coordinator – Travel Agency Partnerships

About the role

The Agency Support Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between Flair Vacations and its travel agency partners. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Partnerships, you will ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and effective communication for agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agency onboarding, including profile setup in TTS, credential validation, licensing review, and collection of business and banking information.
• Support the Business Development team with agency engagement plans, partner communications, and related initiatives.
• Assist agency partners on bookings, products, policies, promotions, and operational processes.
• Process booking file modifications, track service requests, and report recurring service issues.
• Coordinate webinars, training sessions, trade shows, and other industry events.
• Support event planning activities such as venue sourcing, vendor coordination, negotiation, and on‑site participation.
• Prepare sales reports, business metrics, and departmental reporting.
• Track departmental budget items, expenses, and related records.
• Maintain accurate agency and client information in TTS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and ensure a consistent agency partner experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in customer‑focused, administrative, or support roles.
• Strong organizational, relationship‑management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of travel‑industry systems and agency operations.
