After Hours Call Attendant (Overnight)

About the role

CannAmm is seeking an After Hours Call Attendant to join its Booking Team. You will work overnight shifts handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating testing requests, and supporting various internal teams across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in the after‑hours queue to schedule testing appointments.
• Document call details according to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare mobile and web bookings, including independent booking inbox management.
• Review custody, control, and breath/saliva forms to determine eligibility.
• Collaborate with Booking, Resulting, Client Care, and Collection Site Services teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours (7 pm – 8:30 am EDT, with weekend variations).
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow documented procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support cross‑functional teams.
