Advisor, Corporate Communications

About the role

Saputo is seeking an Advisor, Corporate Communications to bring its employer value proposition and corporate brand to life through multi‑channel internal communications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute digital‑first communication strategies that engage employees across Canada and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor, identifying opportunities that support business priorities and boost employee engagement.
• Craft clear, audience‑centric narratives using strong editorial judgment across internal and external channels.
• Maintain consistency and integrity of Saputo’s brand, ensuring high standards for content quality and visual identity.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel communication plans leveraging intranet, email, digital signage, and events.
• Continuously optimize internal communication platforms to keep content relevant, user‑friendly, and aligned with governance.
• Explore and adopt emerging tools and best practices such as AI, Smart Brevity, and visual storytelling.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, using insights to refine content, channels, and tactics.
• Contribute to the corporate editorial calendar for cohesive, timely communication.
• Design visually compelling communications, including presentations, infographics, intranet features, and email layouts.
• Coordinate translation processes, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency across languages.
• Support a range of corporate communications initiatives, events, and related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
