About the role
We are a marine adventure travel company offering expedition‑style diving, whale‑shark, island and remote wilderness experiences in Baja California and the Sea of Cortez. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to combine strong customer communication with meticulous logistical planning to support our guests and field teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to trip inquiries, convert leads into bookings and manage the full reservation process.
- Coordinate guest logistics, pre‑trip communication, manifests, waivers and payments.
- Support Baja‑based field operations, scheduling guides, vessels, accommodations and suppliers.
- Handle last‑minute operational changes calmly and professionally.
- Maintain CRM and booking systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with marketing, social media content and post‑trip guest follow‑up.
Required profile
- Experience in travel, diving, marine tourism, hospitality or adventure operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Interest in Baja, diving, boating or expedition travel; Spanish is a plus.
- Scuba certification or marine experience is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and booking management tools.
