About the role
Join Raymond James Ltd., Canada’s leading independent investment dealer, as an Administrative Assistant supporting a dynamic Financial Advisor team. You will provide high‑quality administrative support and exceptional service to clients in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Manage and maintain paperwork, correspondence, reports, and files.
- Respond to information requests promptly.
- Service clients’ day‑to‑day requests.
- Communicate with internal operational and administrative departments.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Manage the WOW service client program.
- Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with exceptional administrative skills.
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience and post‑secondary education.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Internet Explorer and other business‑related software.
- Social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
- Experience with CRM software (asset).
