About the role
Join EY’s Administrative & Workplace Services team as a Business Enablement Centre (BEC) Administrative Assistant. You will support managers and senior managers across Canada by handling a national queue of customer requests, ensuring smooth business operations and high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support and act as a trusted advisor for client‑serving managers.
- Assist with engagement processes, including tracking and reporting time and expenses.
- Support financial management by preparing reports and managing the billing process.
- Create and format documents and presentations using EY branding standards.
- Arrange travel, book air and ground transportation, and handle related logistics.
- Coordinate meetings and events, managing technology, catering, and other requirements.
- Work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
