About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join Fuze Logistics Services, a next‑generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key clients, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their logistics needs.
- Design and execute account strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Schedule pick‑ups and deliveries, provide regular updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand service usage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate challenges.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, analysing daily operations for profitability.
- Review sales history to spot trends and forecast future business.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience, preferably in logistics or 3PL.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, stay calm under pressure, and demonstrate solid business acumen.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing time effectively.
