Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

TransPerfect Financial Services is seeking an entry‑level Account Manager to support banks, insurers, wealth managers and fintechs across Canada. You will help financial institutions improve multilingual communication, expand into new markets and scale operations while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
• Identify and prospect new prospects within the Canadian financial sector.
• Present TransPerfect’s localization, AI and multicultural marketing solutions in a consultative manner.
• Prepare client‑facing documents such as proposals, Quarterly Business Reviews and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, blog posts and promotional content.
• Negotiate pricing, scopes of work and timelines with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date on trends in banking, insurance, fintech and multilingual customer experience.
