Account Manager, Core OTA Vacation Rentals

About the role

As an Account Manager for Core OTA Vacation Rentals in Canada, you will grow a portfolio of vacation‑rental partners on the Expedia platform. You will work directly with top revenue partners, including independent multi‑unit properties and property managers, to drive bookings and improve the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner account teams, key buyers and decision‑makers.
• Identify optimization opportunities by analysing business and operational performance data.
• Communicate technical and operational impacts to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies that increase visibility, bookings and revenue.
• Collaborate across teams and regions to deliver high‑quality service and meet partner expectations.
• Report partner business issues through appropriate organisational channels.

Required profile

• Experience managing B2B relationships in travel, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
