Account Manager – Calgary & Southern Alberta

About the role

Trader Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth of its Marketplace solutions across Calgary and Southern Alberta. You will act as the primary business contact for high‑revenue automotive clients, delivering consultative sales and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate high‑value customer accounts using prospecting and consultative sales techniques.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, corporate profiles, and tailored sales strategies.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and design proposals that align with client objectives.
• Manage all client communications, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Trader’s product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Complete weekly sales planners to penetrate the assigned territory and sustain existing revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the automotive or digital marketplace sector.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate client needs into value‑based solutions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple high‑revenue accounts simultaneously.
