Account Manager – B2B Field Sales

About the role
We are expanding our B2B sales team and need an energetic Account Manager who thrives on face‑to‑face interaction. You will introduce local business owners to fintech solutions that streamline their operations and help them grow.
Key responsibilities
- Meet decision‑makers in person across the region to uncover business challenges.
- Conduct live product demos, clearly demonstrate value, handle objections, and advance deals.
- Build lasting relationships that generate referrals, retain clients, and grow a personal book of business.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product releases, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday (9‑5).
- Valid driver’s license for regular field travel.
- Strong communicator who can read a room, adapt quickly, and present confidently.
- Previous experience in a face‑to‑face sales environment.
