Account Architect

About the role

As an Account Architect on the Bell Business Markets team, you will lead pre‑sales engagements with enterprise customers, defining future technology architectures and ensuring Bell’s solutions align with client operational and IT strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer teams to translate business needs into Bell’s IP Networks, Telecommunication, Security, Datacenter, and Cloud computing solutions.
• Conduct feasibility analyses, design integrated solutions, and produce detailed Bills of Materials and consultation reports.
• Document technical proposals with scope of work, Visio diagrams, and equipment lists.
• Identify business opportunities within the customer’s IT environment and recommend solutions that support medium‑term strategies.
• Establish and promote architecture guidelines to aid decision‑making on technology investments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Bell products and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience building long‑term relationships.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a pre‑sales, business‑development context.
