Winter 2027 Internship – PC Mastercard Lifecycle Management & Partnerships

About the role

Join EQ Bank’s PC Mastercard team for a winter 2027 co‑op focused on lifecycle management and partnerships. You will work cross‑functionally to enhance the customer experience for no‑fee and Insiders credit cards while gaining exposure to data analysis, strategic initiatives, and partner relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer lifecycle management initiatives aimed at improving engagement, card usage, retention, and overall cardholder experience.
• Analyze customer, campaign, and business performance data to identify trends, measure results, and support data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to plan, execute, and track key business initiatives.
• Conduct research on customer behaviours, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and executive materials for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
• Assist in managing strategic partner relationships through monthly reporting, performance tracking, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing initiatives.
• Coordinate partner quarterly business reviews and internal monthly business reviews by gathering data, updating presentations, and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in using data to support business decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
