Windows System Administrator

About the role

The Windows System Administrator will join a global technology team supporting a market‑leading brokerage platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security and performance of Windows‑based infrastructure across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor patching and software deployment using Microsoft SCCM.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate patching, reporting and compliance tasks.
• Document processes, configurations and incident reports to meet internal standards.
• Collaborate with global teams following a Follow‑the‑Sun support model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration and SCCM deployment.
• Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
