Web Developer – Design, Development & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, build and maintain dynamic websites for our clients. The role involves translating user requirements into functional, high‑performance web solutions while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate website code, creating mock‑ups and storyboards.
• Determine hardware and software requirements for optimal server performance.
• Develop website architecture and write, modify, test, and maintain code.
• Prepare documentation, reports, manuals and technical specifications.
• Assist in gathering user requirements and creating content using graphics, databases, animation and other media.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce website graphics, content, and interactivity.
• Research, evaluate and select interactive media and software products.
• Conduct security, quality and performance testing, including e‑commerce applications.
• Manage incidents and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English/French) with a college/CEGEP education.
• 3‑5 years of professional web development experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and produce accurate results.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Initiative, good judgement, organization and teamwork orientation.
