Wealth Manager – AI Trainer (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to help train AI models that assist finance professionals. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning on complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality. This remote contractor role is open to candidates located in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback for each model iteration.
• Design diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Canada and able to work as an independent contractor.
