Warehouse/Inventory Clerk

About the role

Foraco Canada Ltd. is an international drilling company serving the Canadian mineral exploration market. The Warehouse/Inventory Clerk will manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and support field operations from the North Bay warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, parts, materials, and supplies.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts and materials for shipment to project sites.
• Issue parts, tools, PPE, and supplies to employees and field operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with year‑end inventory.
• Organize and maintain warehouse shelving, storage areas, and inventory locations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help correct records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Reliable, safety‑minded, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping accurate inventory records.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with warehouse, maintenance, purchasing and field operations personnel.
• Capability to lift and move parts, materials, and supplies safely.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Experience with an inventory management system
• Forklift operation (certification or experience)

What we offer

• Salary range $60,000–$63,000 per year.
