Warehouse Supervisor – Weekend Shift

About the role

Agropur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the weekend shift to lead its Bedford facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold a safe, organized environment during Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel, including transactors and inventory clerks.
• Manage daily activities such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Coordinate communication with customer service, transport, 3PL partners, and internal departments.
• Conduct Gemba walks and safety inspections to ensure compliance with OHS and H&S regulations.
• Develop and track KPIs, reporting on warehouse performance and employee productivity.
• Optimize labor scheduling and control costs while meeting workforce planning targets.
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing a warehouse and inventory in food or manufacturing.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and adapt to varying schedules.

• SAP (or similar ERP system)
