About the role
The Storeman (Goods Receipt Operator) is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming products at Airbus’s Mirabel facility, ensuring they match orders and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Verify that the received product matches the ordered item.
- Check consistency between the product, delivery documentation, original purchase order, and associated data.
- Visually inspect part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and batch numbers.
- Assess the general condition of the product.
- Confirm the presence, accuracy and completeness of the order based on delivery documentation.
- Record the receipt, log necessary information and manage part requirements.
- Prepare the receipt file for archiving, including delivery documentation.
Required profile
- Awareness of potential compliance risks related to goods receipt.
- Commitment to act with integrity, supporting the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.
