Warehouse Associate (6-month Contract)

About the role

Join lululemon's Global Distribution team as a Warehouse Associate on a 6‑month contract. You will support the smooth flow of inventory across multiple departments in a fast‑paced distribution center, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, process, and ship orders while meeting productivity targets.
• Load, unload, sort, and stock inventory using carts, boxes, and warehouse equipment.
• Operate handheld scanners, inventory management systems, and other automated machinery.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and reporting hazards.
• Assist and train peers as needed to promote team success.
• Participate in training sessions, team‑building activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lb independently and occasionally heavier with assistance.
• Capability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies, including attendance and conduct standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with handheld scanners.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
• Operation of warehouse equipment and automated machinery.
