Warehouse Assistant – Materials & Equipment Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our Calgary facility. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to ensure that plumbing and HVAC crews receive the right materials, tools, and equipment on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and inventory incoming shipments of supplies and equipment.
• Pick, pack and prepare materials for delivery to job sites.
• Load and unload deliveries and company vehicles safely.
• Maintain organized storage areas and keep stock levels accurate.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean and follow safety policies.
• Respond quickly to field‑crew material requests.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC materials is a strong plus.
• Class 5 driver’s licence with at least three years of driving experience and a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical labour.
• Strong communication, organization and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
