Warehouse Agent

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Warehouse Agent to join its logistics team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accuracy, safety and compliance while supporting the company’s global supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, verify quantity, quality and any damages.
• Pick, check and load pallets for outbound shipments.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and electric pump trucks for loading and unloading.
• Create and complete OSD reports.
• Check cargo manifests, assign tasks to senior agents and perform double‑checks on freight, ULDs, references and AWB numbers.
• Conduct Dangerous Goods and Lithium battery checks when holding an IATA DG certificate.
• Build and break down ULDs as required.
• Adhere to security, compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and meet KPI targets.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Knowledge of global logistics and freight handling processes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items regularly.
• Preferred Forklift Truck license.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
