About the role

Rewind is seeking a senior finance leader to own and evolve its full finance function, covering accounting, financial planning, and controller responsibilities. This hands‑on builder role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with the CEO and CRO to drive financial clarity as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end finance function, including accounting, FP&A, and controller duties.
• Prepare and present board reports, financial models, and strategic analyses.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate month‑end close.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align financial discipline with growth objectives.
• Drive compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong accounting foundation with hands‑on operational expertise.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Comfortable acting as both a strategic leader and an individual contributor.
