About the role
R & R Everclear, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Office Clerk to join its small, dedicated team. This remote position supports the company's mission of delivering high‑quality building construction services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain digital files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with accuracy.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with various administrative projects as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Virtual Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the building construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities to manage remote tasks and support teamwork.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
