Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for Client Registrars to provide non‑clinical support to patients and healthcare providers across Ontario. This virtual position allows you to work from home, delivering high‑quality service through phone and other virtual channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collect demographic, symptom, and other information from patients and accurately enter it into systems.
• Maintain a professional, caring attitude while providing outstanding customer service.
• Follow defined workflows and scripts, prioritize symptoms, and navigate patients to appropriate programs.
• Understand and prioritize patient symptoms based on provided information.
• Document information accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma; a college diploma in office administration or medical terminology is preferred.
• Must be located in Ontario.
• Knowledge of call‑center concepts and medical terminology; call‑center or healthcare experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, computer, and software skills.
• Ability to self‑direct, self‑organize, and accurately record required information.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules including evenings, overnight, and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong verbal and written communication.
