About the role
The Venture Manager will support founders and ventures across all stages, from seed to scale‑up, within the Founders Lab at UBC Sauder School of Business. This role connects the Creative Destruction Lab – Vancouver, Scale Up, and Connect programs to help ventures grow, succeed, and create real impact while providing students with hands‑on experiential learning.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the Creative Destruction Lab, Scale Up, and Connect programs.
- Provide mentorship and support to seed‑stage, science‑based startups.
- Assist growth‑stage ventures in building operating discipline for scaling.
- Facilitate student involvement and experiential learning opportunities with real founders and ventures.
Required profile
- Candidate must possess full job knowledge, qualifications, and experience appropriate for the position.

- Salary range $6,631.67 – $9,533.25 CAD per month.
