About the role

Diavik Diamond Mine is seeking motivated professionals for several FIFO positions at our Lac de Gras site in Canada’s Northwest Territories. Opportunities include a Senior Advisor in Learning & Development, entry‑level underground miners, and underground haul‑truck operators. All roles operate on a fly‑in/fly‑out schedule, supporting our commitment to safety, sustainability, and community benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Senior Advisor – design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee performance and safety.
• Underground Miners – perform extraction, drilling, and support tasks in a high‑productivity underground environment.
• Haul‑Truck Operators – safely operate heavy haul‑truck equipment to transport ore and waste material within the mine.

Required profile

• Senior Advisor – proven experience in learning & development, preferably within a mining or industrial setting.
• Underground Miners – willingness to work in a physically demanding environment; entry‑level candidates accepted.
• Haul‑Truck Operators – valid heavy‑equipment licence and ability to work on a two‑week on/ two‑week off rotation.
